New Year’s Resolutions: Health & Happiness

A new year – and a new decade – means plenty of people will be setting goals to accomplish during the next 365. Some folks want to break old habits, while others want to start new ones. Either way, we’re all looking for ways to improve ourselves and our lives.
Some of the most common resolutions include getting more exercise, losing weight, eating healthier, budgeting, quitting smoking and increasing self-care. According to psychologists, people are 10 times more likely to change their behavior
