What should I know about the Houston Texans?

A few friends and myself spin a wheel and get a random nfl team to follow and root for. We can skip one team and can veto division rivals of your normal team. Im an eagles fan so I don’t have a ton of knowledge about the Texans. What is the outlook on the season? Any playoff hopes? Young studs to keep an eye out for? If somebody came into the eagles sub with this they might get clowned, so if that’s what happens to me then fair enough.
