any driving schools in the area that would provide a car for you on a road test??

for context, im 18 without a license. last time i took a test was when i was 16, and i failed. now, i’m much more experienced and confident i could pass a road test. but the issue is is that my parents don’t have car insurance and most definitely won’t be able to afford it anytime soon, as well as their car having lots of issues that requires lots of more money to fix it. i have enough money saved up to get my own car, as well as a good credit score, but no license. is there any driving schools in the houston area that would provide me a car to take a test with?
