looking for a good curly hair stylist that listens

shaved my 3A hair a year ago and haven't touched my head since. i don't want layers or thinning or debulking, literally just need my split ends taken off but there's too much to do by myself. i've had so many stylists do whatever they want in my hair despite what i tell them, so i realllyy want to find someone who i can trust will listen when i say i just want like 1/2 inch trimmed off. willing to make a drive, i'm in sugarland.
