Anybody know a job that can pay at least 16 an hour.

So I worked at this restaurant and I got paid 15 dollars an hour and was making good money. However the company wanted to “promote” me to being what I am now and they kept asking and asking so I just said yes. Now I’m only getting paid 12 dollars an hour. I feel unappreciated because everyone else is getting a raise except me even though they claim that I’m one of their best workers and I just need more money.
