HCA// Manager in training

I wanted to hop on here and ask if anyone knows how is it working with HCA In a management position. HCA definitely has super bad rep from what I have been reading but is there anything positive in any of these places ? I’m a recent grad and currently being offered a position here. I wanted to just see if anyone has any feedback.
