How do I watch Astros games?

I’m sure other people have this problem as well, and to this point I haven’t figured out any way at all yet, (that isn’t a hit or miss third party website) to watch any Astros games. I live in Tyler, Tx and I have dish network, can’t watch them there. I pay a MLB.tv subscription, but they’re blacked out. To say it’s beyond infuriating would be an understatement. Can anyone offer a solution to this problem? Or do any tv subscriptions offer ATTsportsnet?
