HOA Scam Artists

Our HOA hired Valley View Landscaping which is really just a front for an entire HOA scheme. They “refer you” to a management company but don’t tell you they own the company. They start up other illegitimate companies like construction and oversell you on projects you don’t need and they control the bidding to over charge, usually taking the money and never doing the job. They bring in their lawyer acting like the HOA lawyer so that person can tell you it’s all on the up and up. We didn’t know that was their friend, too. They’re all shell companies serving one purpose to hide who is really behind it and kickback to their other companies and take your money.

We stupidly had no idea they were behind each company. It’s just two people Lauren Dewilde and Joseph Castille. Joseph Castille is married but dating Lauren Dewilde. They are being sued over and over, using stolen money to pay lawyers. Lauren Dewilde was indicted on multiple felony fraud charges for stealing from HOAs but still they continue their scheme with new companies! Talk about a telenovela.

It gets worse because we figured out their scam and Joseph Castille is totally unhinged. Joseph Castille is convicted of a violent hate crime and terrorizes elderly, women, children… harasses entire communities of which he has plenty of free time considering all his earnings are stolen from hardworking, honest people. You can see on his pages he spends the rest of his time harassing other businesses.

Joseph Castille and Lauren Dewilde spam people, sends tens of thousands of emails, texts, calls, creates websites, stalks people and their kids, uses lawsuits and threats of lawsuits as abuse, tries to get people into litigation. Castille particularly comes after minority and disabled people. The more vulnerable the more out of control this maniac acts.

Steer clear of Keystone HOA Management, Keystone Project Management, Keystone Construction, Valley View Landscaping, Horizon HOA, Patriot Repairs, and any of their other pop up shops. They go by other aliases including Joe Dunbar, Lauren Krueger, Robbie Castille, Robbie Wheeler and create fake personas and accounts for their aliases. Buyer beware.
