Would Dana & the Cubs both realistically accept this trade?

I was just toying around trying to see what this estimates our trade capital to be, an I kinda like this trade. Get the rental in Stroman, Happ would stick around a few years and can play infield some. Clear the logjam at CF a little bit, and we'd reduce the 40 Man by 1 allowing Urquidy to come off the IL (and we have at least 1 pitcher we can DFA if we want to September call up Gilbert.
