Adult autism testing?

Trying to find somewhere to do a diagnostic test and almost all results I'm finding are for children, or general neuropsychological testing intended to diagnose brain damage or cognitive problems. Any recommendations much appreciated, even more so if they accept United (no high hopes, but would be nice.) Will drive anywhere in the Houston area.
