Houston Skyline Photography Question

Hi all. I wanted to ask where exactly I should be able to get a picture of the city skyline with the sunrising. Is that possible? Perhaps Buffalo Bayou park? What about the sun setting? I’m not sure if the sun would line up with the skyline for either sunrise or sunset but would appreciate any guidance by fellow photographers here.
