Looking for things to do

I moved to Richmond a few months and have been trying to find social and gaming groups. I've been looking on meetup to find something. Is there a different platform that is used for events?

I've found group for DnD, drone flying, food festivals, etc and was wondering if there are more events that I may be unaware of
