Houston sues to block "Death Star" bill that destroys local control

Thank you, thank you, thank you to the city of Houston for filing this lawsuit. HB 2127 is a power grab by the state legislature that takes power away from the local governments, the ones closest to the people, and gives all the power to the part time legislators who meet in Austin once every two years. Total insanity.
