Any Toyota/Honda dealers that sells at MSRP recently?

Just looking for a compact car. Corolla or Civic. If I don't get it at MSRP, probably just gonna get a Kia. I've had a good experience with Sterling McCall. Their Hyundai sold at MSRP and Toyota is $1500 add-on (I don't know if that's negotiable). If you recently bought a car at msrp or below sticker, please let me know.
