It’s my birthday and I’m in Houston by myself. Where should I eat for a nice dinner?

I’m in town, but driving back to DFW this evening. It’s my birthday and I’d like to celebrate with a nice meal. Unfortunately it’s just me here today but I’m still going to treat myself.

I’d like a glass of nice scotch (my typical pick is Glenlivet 18 at home if that helps suggest anything) and a steak. Where should I go?
