Carlos Lee Thrown Out

My dad swears there was a play about ten years ago where Carlos Lee was trying to stretch a single into a double and got thrown out like 6 feet from the base and he was flopping around like a fish. Anyone remember this or can send me a clip of the play? I can’t find anything on YouTube
