Butcher shop recommendations?

Planning to smoke a brisket and pork belly for the holiday. I usually get my pork shoulders and briskets from the grocery store (HEB/Kroger, though Randall’s has a good sale sometimes), but this time was hoping to go to a local butcher shop. Are there any that this sub prefers? Was looking at Hebert’s Specialty Meats on Richmond, but am open to any in-town suggestions.
