How does "Kids Run the Bases" work?

We won a raffle and got tickets to July 9th against the Mariners, it's a Kids Run the Bases day but I can't find any information about it. Can y'all help us with where to go, and when? Is it before the game or after? If it's after, do we need to go line up in like the 8th inning?

We don't have the Buddy Pass, which supposedly gets kids to the front of the line.
