713 Music Hall seat sections?

Thinking of going to see Illenium in a few weeks at 713 music hall which I've never been to. On live nation they have tickets in the 200s and 300s section which is the upper seated sections. At other concert halls, if you bought a seated ticket, you still had the option to go down to the standing room if you wanted but still had access to seat. Is that the same here? If I bought a 200-300 section ticket that I could possibly go down to the standing room/GA?
