Help on buying promotions after buying tickets

I bought 5 tickets for the pride night game on June 20th (4 with the 23coke promo code). I was trying to get three of the pride jerseys too but I didn’t see an option when I was checking out. I am trying to purchase them after I have bought the tickets, but it’s not letting purchase them because I “don’t have a game ticket.” Is this because the promotion is sold out or is there a different problem?
