Unpopular opinion

Believe it or not, I'm not a doomer, and i think we can make the playoffs if he makes some moves. But I'd much rather have us sell and have a soft reset.

Nearly a decade of being big buyers, and the penalty of draft picks has left our farm gutted, it's time to stop losing our superstars for nothing, especially in a year where it looks bleak.

I'd love to start meet year with a core of

Altuve

Alvarez

Pena

Myers or Chas

Abreu

Diaz

Gilbert

Add FA signings and keep the starters and a soft rebuild could do wonders.

Tucker, he is undoubtedly gone in FA. I know it's 2 years away, but we can get the word for him. It would be a MAJOR get for our farm.

Bregman, another painful loss, but someone will definitely give us talent for a clutch playoff talent who we likley don't need to pay for his early and mid 30's years.

Either myers or Chas, I trust our scouting team to bring back a good return for a starting CF.

Dubon, unless we sign him back, no need to not get value back.

I believe with Dana Brown, and FA spending, not insane obviously, we can be back next year with a much improved farm.
