Snow balls, snow cones, sno cones …

Where does one find icy treats in Houston? Doesn't have to be a snow cone or snoball in the traditional sense, I'm open to trying lots of varieties and traditions of icy desserts preferably with finely shaved ice and a wide variety of flavors. Doesn't matter where in the Houston area.
