Bars with Air-Conditioned Interior that is Dog-Friendly

We’ve had diminished power since last night (A/C never kicked on overnight) and lost power completely as of an hour ago. CenterPoint is actively making repairs, but according to the notifications power isn’t supposed to be back online until mid-afternoon.

My black lab-mix is having a rough go at it currently, so I was looking for a place to take him now where he can be in the A/C for a bit. Places I know would work (like Equal Parts) don’t open until noon.

Any suggestions?

I guess if I don’t have any other options I’ll take him to a dog-friendly store.
