I’m a hobby woodworker looking to rent space with someone

This is probably a long shot but I'm looking at renting a small warehouse space (~700sqft) to move my woodworking tools to and set up shop. I'm hoping to find someone else that would have tools as well and would want to split the cost of the space. I'm not looking to make money, just for a hobby, but I don't care if you were selling products.

I've over by City Center so that would be my preference and I've already found a few good options. We would obviously need to meet and see if it's a good personality fit.

I know people are going to suggest TXRX and the other maker spaces but that's not what I'm looking for and are too far away.

Tools I would bring: table saw, 14" band saw, 6" jointer, planer, dust collector, track saw, routers, various hand tools, etc.
