Online Car registration problem

So my registration expired 05/23 and I got an inspection on 6/1/23, passed. I went home to do my registration renewal online and I put in my information/etc. I submit everything and it says my card is invalid. I've tried debit and credit cards and both said "Credit card is invalid" Now every time I enter my Plates and VIN it says " Your vehicle renewal(s) is in process. Please verify completion with your county tax office. " two times now. Do I just go to the county tax assessor? Thank you.
