Fancy-ish restaurants at a good price?

I live in Greenway/Upper Kirby and was wondering if there are any nice restaurants that I could treat my girlfriend to (where we can dress business casual) but I don't break the bank either. I have a car, so the restaurant does not have to be near this area.
