Unique Foods/Food Experiences

I want to start out by saying that unique is in the eye of the beholder so I understand that answers will vary based on the responders cultural background, travel history etc. But that being said, I would love to hear about ‘unique’ foods that one can try in Houston that you would highly recommend!
