Question about Jack in the Box Jumbo Jack when Astros score 3

Just got out of the line at Jack in the box, and got a jumbo Jack with them scoring 3 runs yesterday. Extremely slow and bad service, but the lady said that the astros needed to score 3 in one inning to get it, luckily they did yesterday. But is this true? All the things I’ve seen is if they just score 3 at home.
