Am I a pessimist to think we will still be awful this year?

Everywhere I go I keep hearing, “We are going to shock the world.” And as a die hard Texans fan my whole life I want to believe it, don’t get me wrong. It’s just, I don’t see how we make that substantial of a leap. I get the excitement but I still think we will only win like five games. Improvement in all aspects across the board, sure, but will it be enough to be a playoff contender…. I don’t think so, and neither does Vegas (favored in like 3 games).
