Graustark St

Hiiiii Houston, how are you? Is it safe to walk on the bridge? overpass? over I-69 on Graustark St that connects the Montrose and Museum District neighborhoods? From google maps it looks okay although would feel better if I knew there was a designated walking lane or sidewalk. Can anyone confirm? Thank you
