Accident at Studewood and Washington Last Night in front of Walgreens

I saw a wooden power pole that had been smashed like a twig being replaced by center point crew earlier today. It was at Walgreens on Studewood and Washington, the ground near the pole was disturbed and bushes ripped out, looks like maybe a high speed crash from a drunk on Washington Ave. Anyone know details? Local news doesn’t seem to have any stories.
