Who can be a new starting pitcher if Dusty moves Brandon Bielak

Don’t get me wrong Brandon Bielak is a good pitcher but I don’t think he’s a good starting pitcher i think he’ll do pretty good In the bullpen I feel like Dusty should send him back down to AAA to improve a little more and Now that Forrest Whitley can’t be called up due to his injury who else from sugar land or free agency would be good to take on the starting pitcher role if they do move bielak to AAA?
