I am looking for a storage unit/garage for long term storage and will allow work on car

I know they are out there but I am hoping to find one close to home. Needs to be on the NW side, preferably somewhere between 290 and I10. I live in Waller, so Cypress, Katy, Magnolia, etc would be great, but open to all suggestions.

I know there are a few Per Hour garages out there but I am looking for more of a long term project.
