Interested in buying Houstonian membership transfer

Long shot ask. Anyone have or know someone who has an older Houstonian Club Resident (not Associate) membership interested in selling/transferring to me? I’m interested in joining but would like to save on the ridiculous initiation fee. Would split the savings against current initiation 50/50 with seller. DM serious inquiries only.
