Vote delayed on ordinance targeting ‘BYOB’ establishments in Houston

At Houston City Council’s May 24 meeting, members of the governing body discussed an ordinance that would hold “bring your own bottle” establishments in city limits to the same standards as establishments that are legally licensed to serve alcohol in the state of Texas.
