Whats with the convoy of cars at greenspoint?

I work in the greenspoint area at night near the mall and there's this convoy of cars that go in the parking lot every thursday behind the mall where the old movie theater is and cause a disturbance around that area and in the streets. They do donuts, burnsouts and all sorts of stupid crap.
