Did they ever catch the Timbergrove Cat Killer from like 7 or 8 years ago?

Anyone remember this? Dude would kill and splay cats and leave them in their owners yards? The Houston Press was covering it pretty regularly online and some weirdo kept leaving comments defending him and complaining about toxoplasmosis or whatever.

Just cant remember if they ever got him or not.
