Khao Soi Gai – Street Food Thai Market (Heights)

I'm no stranger to SFTM, but instead of getting my usual pork Pad Thai at a ridiculous spice level I decided to try something new last night. This might be my favorite dish I've gotten there, and the flavors were amazing.

Got it to go, so the first pic is about half of the ingredients mixed together. Can't wait to demolish the other half for lunch today.
