Mother’s day recs around Conroe/Woodlands area? (Not vague…I promise)

My parents are out in the boonies so I've been tasked with finding somewhere to go this weekend. Doesn't necessarily need to be super fancy, but not looking for Saltgrass/Babins recommendations either.

No barbecue, pizza, steak, or American please. Looking for seafood, Asian, s. American, or just something that isnt the usual ho hum woodlands fare.

We've already done tris, killans steak, and amrina so those are off the table. Trulucks is a possibility, but we've done that before too. There's gotta be something new and exciting on woodlands parkway/research forest right?

Any help would be appreciated. I'm well versed on restaurants in town, but not up to date on the new places out there.
