Anyone know about internet speeds?

Moving end of this month and trying to figure out what kind of internet I need. AT&T suggested 500 mbps, but wanted a second opinion or advise. I’ll be WFH M-F and we’ll have one TV with streaming like Netflix, HBO, etc. is 300 mbps enough? Or should I just go with the 500 mbps? We’ll also have our phones connected to Wi-Fi as well. So 2 phones, a tv, and a laptop would use Wi-Fi.
