Where can I find a legit dry aged burger

Where can I find a burger like this in Houston? Thick, quality, dry-aged patty, and no BS detracting from the meat like sauces, extra toppings, etc. Just an elite burger. I thought Bludorn was going to be the one but their burger has too much lettuce, sauce and cheese (to camouflage the meat that can't hold its own.) Does it exist?
