Weird Russian No Caller ID call

Anyone get a Russian/Latin Speaking No Caller ID call yesterday between the hours of 8:00pm – 8:30pm?

I was with my sister yesterday and she got one, hung up and I got one immediately after

Come to find out all my siblings, gf and even in laws got one minutes after we did

I was telling my sister maybe it’s a automatic system that called all phones in the area

Anyone else have this happen? Pearland pkwy/south East Houston
