Man Climbing Utility Tower Beside Hardy Tollroad in Spring

Did anyone see the guy on top the utility tower by Hardy tollroad around 6pm today? There was rubbernecking and emergency responders causing traffic.

I searched for news stories but looks like this happens sometimes.

The guy must have been 100 ft in the air leaning against the very top of the tower.
