How are Texans getting bad draft grades???

Texans got arguably the best offensive and defensive player in the draft with other 7 picks being solid to outstanding. They filled their biggest needs in draft with their first 4 picks. People online saying they paid a “steep price” for the 3rd pick. Their acting like it was the Herschel Walker or Ricky Williams trade. It was just 3 picks. 1 1st, 1 2nd and 1 3rd. After doing all theses trade ups during the draft the Texans still came away with 9 picks in total with a pick in every round. In 2024 they have a full draft except for a 2nd and a 5th,but they still have 8 picks
