Kids asking for donations in restaurants?

Has anyone else experienced this? Kids will just walk up to tables at restaurants and ask for donations for something with an offer of candy. The staff will attempt to kick them out but they just ignore them and/or screamed if touched.

It’s now happened at 3 different places to me.
