Need ideas for fun delivery to the VA

My brother is sick and stuck at the VA. Any suggestions for something wacky to be delivered? We are a family of practical jokers and have been telling “dad jokes” since before that was a thing. He’s doing ok…but I’d like to send some laughs his way.
