Anybody have any workers/landscapers they could recommend?

My mom wants to update our front porch's grass area, and she's looking for someone she could hire to do what she wants. Are there any workers that anyone might know and could recommend to her for what she's asking? Mostly digging up the old grass and spreading new mulch.
