Houston City Council approves funding for restoration of Fourth Ward library damaged by Hurricane Harvey

The African American Library at the Gregory School—located in Houston’s Fourth Ward—will receive funding toward restoration efforts after the city of Houston signed off on $5.2 million for construction and repairs to the library at a weekly Houston City Council meeting April 26.
