Goode Co. to open to-go, Southern fried chicken concept Goode Bird

Goode Co., a Houston-based family-owned restaurant company, will open a to-go concept serving Southern fried chicken and more.

The new concept, Goode Bird, will launch July 12 at noon, operating out of Goode Co.’s Armadillo Palace at 5015 Kirby Drive. Customers can place pick-up orders by calling 713-999-4180 or use the Doordash and Grubhub apps for delivery.

The menu will be available Monday to Friday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from noon to 8 p.m.
