What’s your favorite nice restaurant to celebrate at?

I'll be visiting family soon to celebrate a graduation, and I'd like to book us a nicer (think $75/person including tip+tax) restaurant. I'd prefer not to go to a steakhouse, since I can handle that competently (if not extravagantly) myself. Do you have any favorite restaurants to celebrate at? I'm not sure of the exact headcount, but I'm fairly certain we'll need more than a four-top. Thanks for any recommendations from locals!
